630 Garden Street is a 32,200 SF administrative office for the City of Santa Barbara Public Works Department. The facility earned Platinum certification under the LEED-EB: O&M rating system in November 2009. The project implemented a number of green operations policies, adopted a highly successful environmentally preferable procurement program, realized significant water savings, and identified energy efficiency as a key operational goal. This project won the USGBC Central Coast Chapter Energy Efficiency Award.
