Project Summary

The City of Santa Barbara Fire Station #1 Annex houses the administrative support for the City of Santa Barbara Fire Department.  As a major renovation to an existing facility, the project implemented natural daylighting, water conservation, and energy efficiency measures.  The project installed materials with high quantities of recycled content and that have originated from locations within close proximity to the project site.  The certification effort of the Annex augments the Fire Station’s previous certification at the Gold level.
