Project Summary

Alma Del Pueblo is a mixed-use facility consisting of 21,263 square feet of commercial/retail space and 36,988 square feet of multi-family residential units.  As a design-build, Alma Del Pueblo offers a clubroom and terrace for homeowner dining and entertaining, underground parking, Public Market, and walking access to nearby parks and public transportation.  Constructed as four separate buildings, Alma Del Pueblo consists of one- and two-bedroom residential units with high-efficient lighting, rapidly-renewable bamboo flooring, bicycle storage, high-efficiency water fixtures, and drought tolerant landscaping.  As a unique project to the Santa Barbara community, Alma Del Pueblo is currently pursuing a LEED for Core & Shell (LEED-CS) certification for the Public Market and has achieved LEED for Homes (LEED-H) platinum certification for the residential units.
